Up, Up, UP...we hope. The weather station is up with its new snow melter. Hopefully we have fixed the computer problems and it will stay that way!

Great Horned Owl

Our great horned owl has returned. Last night it swooped in and landed within about 25 yards of the yurt. When it hooted, the dogs went nuts--some howling and others looking for a safe place to hide. (Image from Flickr.com http://farm1.static.flickr.com/67/203571501_f1dfdd238d.jpg?v=0)
